As the CEO of the company
Mr. JT. Sadler oversees and manages the daily operations and long-term strategy of the organization. As the highest-ranking executive, he is responsible for the overall success of the organization.
In addition to overseeing daily operations, he sets the strategic direction for the company, develops and implements policies and procedures, oversees financial performance, and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations. He ensures that all departments are working together to achieve common goals.
Mr. Sadler is also responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as investors, customers, and employees. Additionally, he will work closely with other senior executives to set the overall direction of the company and make key decisions related to business development and growth.
His experience and leadership will be critical in driving the organization's growth and ensuring its long-term success.
He holds the following FINRA/NFA licenses: Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 34, 53, 63, 65 and 99.
CFO & FINOP
Tinahia Sadler
Tinahia serves as CFO and the Financial and Operations Principal (FINOP) of Nortlov
Securities, bringing a strong background in accounting, financial operations
and management, and regulatory-focused financial reporting.
As FINOP, she is responsible for ensuring that the firm's books and records, financial
reporting, and operational processes are maintained with accuracy, integrity,
and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. She prepares the
company's financial reports, assists with audits, monitors the firm's financial performance, and ensures all financial transactions are accurately
recorded and reported.
Her combination of accounting expertise, financial operations experience, and
commitment to regulatory compliance makes her a valuable member of the Nortlov
Securities leadership team.
She holds a degree in Accounting and the FINRA Series 27 license.
